Job Description
Assistente remoto atendendo alunos e interessados em cursos presenciais e online de culinária italiana. Suporte via WhatsApp e Instagram para orientar inscrições e converter matrículas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students and prospective students via WhatsApp and Instagram
- Respond to incoming messages with courtesy and clarity
- Answer questions about the courses using information provided by the company
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and send the relevant links
- Promote online courses to students who have already attended in-person classes
- Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment conversion
- Keep messages and pending requests organized
- Learn about the courses and the company’s customer service procedures
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram for customer service
- Patience and courtesy when answering questions and guiding students
- Proactive and organized approach to following up on conversations
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about the courses and company procedures
- Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to the agreed schedule
- Availability to work 4 hours per day, totaling 20 hours per week
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Experience providing customer service or selling through WhatsApp and Instagram is a plus
- Experience supporting students or promoting courses is a plus
