Job Description

Customer Service Representatives assisting Portuguese-speaking clients with tobacco inquiries. Flexible remote work from home in Greece in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding tobacco products, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to support improvements in service and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home.
