Job Description
Customer Service Representatives assisting Portuguese-speaking clients with tobacco inquiries. Flexible remote work from home in Greece in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding tobacco products, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues they may have.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to support improvements in service and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in continuous training to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
