Job Description
Customer Service Representative assisting Polish-speaking clients in hotel reservations via various communication channels. Joining a vibrant team in the hospitality sector for exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and hotel partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in hospitality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
