Job Description

Customer Service Representative assisting Polish-speaking clients in hotel reservations via various communication channels. Joining a vibrant team in the hospitality sector for exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with hotel reservations, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and hotel partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial, but not required.
