Job Description

Customer Service Representative for École Vanguard School assisting students, parents, and educators with inquiries and enrollment. Maintaining student records and ensuring effective communication among departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and educators, providing clear and accurate information about school programs and services.
  • Assist in the enrollment process by guiding prospective students and their families through application procedures and requirements.
  • Maintain and update student records and databases, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflected.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for students and their families.
  • Handle and resolve complaints or issues in a professional manner, escalating them to appropriate personnel when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
