Customer Solutions Engineer Intern at Naviant tackling customer support challenges and technical projects. Engaging in a collaborative, remote environment focused on learning and development in tech solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Tackle real customer support challenges and technical projects
  • Gain knowledge of technology solutions
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to understand workflows
  • Complete HR onboarding and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • College junior or senior
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Interest in technology, automation, RPA, ECM, or cloud platforms
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Strong foundation in customer service
  • Eager to learn new tools, troubleshoot systems, and design solutions
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and proactive
