Job Description

Polish-Speaking Customer Support representative assisting customers with Disney + inquiries. Delivering outstanding service while working remotely from Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their Disney + subscriptions and content availability.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
