Job Description
Polish-Speaking Customer Support representative assisting customers with Disney + inquiries. Delivering outstanding service while working remotely from Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their Disney + subscriptions and content availability.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
