Job Description
Customer Support representative providing assistance to Portuguese-speaking customers in automotive insurance claims. Join a dynamic team focused on enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients in the automotive insurance sector via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about their insurance policies and claims processes, offering solutions and guidance.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on insurance regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application. Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or the automotive insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
