Job Description

Customer Support Representative assisting customers with electric bike inquiries remotely. Handling chats and calls, addressing concerns, and providing product details.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls (no cold calling)
  • Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
  • Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Use selling techniques to offer our additional products to existing customers or turn potential customers into our clients

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
  • 1+ years of experience in support/sales role
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
