Job Description
Customer Support representative assisting Polish-speaking clients in food delivery services. Ensure a positive experience while working remotely from Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, resolving issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on food service trends and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
