Job Description

Customer Support representative assisting Polish-speaking clients in food delivery services. Ensure a positive experience while working remotely from Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on food service trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
