Job Description
Customer Support Specialist providing efficient support for clients using a mental health telehealth platform. Responding to enquiries, assisting with bookings and maintaining professional approach throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and clinician enquiries via email, chat, and support channels
- Assist users with booking appointments, account access, and payment issues
- Provide guidance on using the platform (video calls, scheduling, profiles)
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate records of support requests
- Ensure a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach when dealing with users
Requirements:
