Job Description

Join an international company as Ukrainian-speaking Customer Support Representative. Support customers via chat, email, and phone in a remote role based in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Handling incoming customer requests
  • Identifying and resolving issues
  • Documenting interactions in internal systems
  • Escalating complex cases when required
  • Working independently from home while being connected to the team

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Ukrainian
  • Good level of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
