Job Description
Join an international company as Ukrainian-speaking Customer Support Representative. Support customers via chat, email, and phone in a remote role based in Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers via chat, email, and phone
- Handling incoming customer requests
- Identifying and resolving issues
- Documenting interactions in internal systems
- Escalating complex cases when required
- Working independently from home while being connected to the team
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Ukrainian
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a remote environment
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
