Job Description
Data Amendment Agent investigating consumer disputes and correcting database records for TransUnion, a global credit information company. Applying data analysis and SQL skills to maintain accurate UK consumer data.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process data correction requests received from consumer-facing teams
- Investigate and resolve consumer dispute-related data issues
- Execute SQL queries and make data updates within core database systems
- Ensure accuracy and compliance through quality control checks
- Manage workload effectively to meet service level agreements
- Collaborate with the Consumer Disputes Team and contribute to team goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide accurate data amendments relating to consumers across the United Kingdom
Requirements:
- Strong data literacy and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Proactive mindset with ability to use initiative and solve problems effectively
- Experience working in a results-driven operational environment
- Matric
- Fibre-ready home environment supporting confidential and comfortable day-to-day work
- Must be based in South Africa; working outside South Africa is not permitted
- Minimum 100/100 Mbps fibre line installed or upgraded by day one of employment
- Certain roles require a clear credit record
