Job Description
Data center development intern supporting Hanwha’s energy and infrastructure projects. Tracking project delivery, improving workflows, and coordinating cross-functional development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives supporting company growth, including new market entry, data center development processes, and operational improvements
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Real Estate, Energy, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Development, and Strategy teams
- Organize project documentation, maintain trackers, and improve internal processes
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and project management processes
- Gain exposure to negotiations, commercial discussions, land development activities, and strategic decision-making
- Perform additional project-related responsibilities and special assignments as requested by management
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by management in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities
- Interest in data centers, energy infrastructure, commercial real estate, or large-scale development projects
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and stakeholders, up to 25% of the time
