Job Description
Data Entry Specialist ensuring accurate database maintenance for Cash Offer Kentucky. Responsible for updating client transactions, property listings, and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage data accurately into our company database.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Regularly update client and property records to ensure the information is current.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality according to company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline data processes.
- Respond to data-related queries from staff and management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with real estate data is an advantage but not required.
