Job Description
Data Operations Analyst II managing client data ingestion processes for healthcare solutions. Collaborating with IT teams and mentoring junior analysts while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Own complex client implementations from a data perspective - acquiring, importing, validating data and preparing proprietary systems and platforms ready for go-live.
- Manage the relationship between client IT to collaboratively work towards data that meets data specifications.
- Apply a deep understanding of healthcare data to solve problems for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data research and analysis – writing queries, analyzing results, identifying trends.
- Create reports around system performance (rules engine), client data trends and other business needs.
- Communicate/present research results to non-technical stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Serve as a technical mentor to Data Operation Analysts on the team.
Requirements:
- SQL (or similar) and SSIS mastery
- Experience managing data pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to learn and master new tools and processes
- Ability to identify problems and ideate on how to improve/fix issues impacting the team and/or clients
- Detail oriented, organized, exercise good judgement, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work
- Ability to partner and collaborate closely with both internal and external project/operational stakeholders and provide excellent communication to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and teams
