Job Description

DCX BPO communications associate creating social, intranet, email, print, and podcast content. Managing brand, reputation, analytics, strategic, and crisis communications for US-focused SMB clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content for social media channels
  • Create and update content for the company intranet
  • Draft and send email communications, including newsletters and announcements
  • Produce printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and reports
  • Develop and produce podcast content highlighting DCX's people, culture, expertise, and stories
  • Enhance the company's reputation and coordinate publicity events
  • Use design and publishing software to create communication materials
  • Research relevant information for communication materials
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for different audiences
  • Collaborate with departments to understand communication needs and objectives
  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with DCX's goals and values
  • Monitor and evaluate communication campaigns and adjust as needed
  • Supervise the flow of internal and external information for consistency and accuracy
  • Develop, enforce, and update communication policies and procedures
  • Track and analyze web, email, and social media metrics and report performance to management
  • Ensure communications follow brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Prepare and manage crisis communication plans
  • Respond to communication challenges promptly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a communications role
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
  • Proficient in desktop publishing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools
  • Skilled in video production and editing, with the ability to create engaging multimedia content
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint, as well as content management systems and social media platforms
  • Experienced in consistent social media content creation, coordinating graphics, and managing social media accounts
