Job Description
Manager of Demand Generation for AutoVitals overseeing B2B digital marketing strategies. Focused on optimizing paid campaigns and leading a dedicated marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the demand generation strategy and execution for AutoVitals, focused primarily on paid search and digital advertising to drive qualified inbound pipeline
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting auto repair shop owners and operators
- Develop email nurture programs to move leads through the funnel and into qualified sales opportunities
- Define and track the KPIs that matter: MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and return on ad spend
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to make sure demand gen programs are aligned with what is actually converting and what customers need
- Evaluate and test new channels over time including paid social and events, coordinating with other members of the marketing team on brand and content
- Play an active role in the strategy and oversight of Google Ads programs that AutoVitals offers to its customers
- Set performance standards and QA processes to make sure client accounts are being managed well
- Stay close enough to the client work to coach your team, spot problems early, and step in when needed
- Own reporting and accountability for client campaign performance
- Hire, onboard, and develop a small demand generation function
- Build the process, reporting, and playbooks needed
- Set clear expectations for the function and hold people accountable to results
- Be a strong partner to sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years or experience in demand generation, paid media, or digital marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Experience managing direct reports and developing people
- Deep working knowledge of Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, and Display; you have managed campaigns yourself and know the platform well enough to lead and coach a team
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue results through paid digital programs
- Strong with data and reporting across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Good project manager who can handle multiple priorities while executing at a very high level
- Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment where not everything is defined yet
- Clear communicator, written and verbal, across all levels of an organization

- Experience marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in automotive or home services
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Background or knowledge of the automotive repair industry
- Experience leveraging AI and Automation tool to Improve Campaign Efficiency
