Job Description

Managing up to 10 dental practices in Germany, requiring dental management experience and key operational skills. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless practice management.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional support for up to 10 Acura practices in all organizational and administrative matters
  • Point of contact for practice staff (especially on-site practice managers) for everyday practice management questions and support for daily practice operations (management, organization, assistance, personnel, etc.)
  • Direct communication with the clinical leads and local practice managers on routine and conceptual issues
  • Continuous strategic development of the practices by preparing recommendations for action and implementing execution plans in coordination with Acura executive management and the clinical leads
  • Organizational interface between Acura executive management and the practices (practice and team organization)
  • Internal interface with other company departments (finance, IT, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in practice management as a practice manager, ZMV (dental administrative assistant) or ZFA (dental assistant), ideally with personnel management experience
  • Successfully completed job-relevant dental qualification, e.g., dental assistant (ZFA), dental administrative assistant (ZMV), management assistant in healthcare (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of common practice management systems (Z1, DS‑Win, Charly)
  • Pragmatic approach, proactivity, flexibility
  • Quick grasp and willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
  • Friendly, confident and assertive demeanor
  • Willingness to travel and be spontaneous, combined with strong organizational skills
