Job Description
Professional design expert evaluating visual quality, presentation, and usability for advanced AI research. Reviewing design artifacts and delivering structured, experience-based feedback remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate visual and product-design materials based on professional standards and aesthetic quality
- Assess visual presentation, layout, composition, usability, and overall design taste
- Review graphics, documents, presentations, digital interfaces, and other professional design artifacts
- Make informed decisions about design preferences and communicate the reasoning behind those decisions
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in visual work
- Apply professional design principles consistently across different tasks and formats
- Use common productivity and design tools to review, compare, and assess materials
- Provide clear and structured feedback based on professional experience and visual judgment
Requirements:
- Professional experience in a role requiring strong visual quality, design judgment, and presentation skills
- Experience creating graphics, presentations, documents, layouts, or other visual materials professionally
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design software
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, and presentation quality
- Ability to distinguish polished professional design from work requiring refinement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent, well-reasoned design decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Comfortable working with Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PDF documents, and common design/productivity platforms
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
- Must be located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
- H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported
- Independent contractor engagement
Benefits:
- Compensation of $80-$180 per hour
- Payments made weekly based on services rendered
