Job Description
Design Supervisor at Arco Educação ensuring the best creative practices in high complexity projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Committed to maintaining quality visual standards and design guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the design reference for your team, ensuring best creative practices and the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to Brand Guidelines and drive the evolution of our visual quality standards.
- Review and technically approve team deliverables: from campaign adaptations to CRM materials, social media assets, and event collateral.
- Work hands-on on high-complexity projects or those that require a higher level of refinement.
- Collaborate with copy and planning teams to ensure consistency across projects.
- Implement and promote the use of generative AI tools.
- Provide continuous technical feedback to accelerate the learning curve of junior and mid-level designers.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Graphic Design or Art Direction.
- Experience as a Senior Designer working on complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with multi-format design: digital, print, presentations, and support for audiovisual production.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools (Gemini, Firefly, Visual Electric, etc.).
- Portfolio focused on communication pieces, branding, digital and print work, and experiential design.
