Job Description
Leads development and quality teams in creating and maintaining content platforms at Grupo RBS. Requires strong leadership and technical skills in web/mobile technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and quality teams in creating and maintaining the content platform (CMS, websites and apps);
- Define and lead the implementation of the platform's technical architecture;
- Ensure the platform's scalability, security, and performance 24/7;
- Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) and Tech Leads to align technical objectives with business needs;
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, engaging with leaders from other areas and the executive committee, and translating technical requirements and constraints for these stakeholders;
- Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery;
- Monitor and continuously improve development processes and code quality;
- Support the resolution of complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to the team;
- Support the professional development of direct reports by tracking results and behavior, identifying improvement opportunities, providing feedback, and planning their development with them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
- Proven experience in software development and leading technical teams;
- Knowledge of web and mobile development technologies;
- Project management skills and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across different teams;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Experience with internet content projects (websites, applications, platforms);
- Ability to understand both business and technology contexts and to plan for achieving strategic objectives.
