Job Description
Digital Learning Developer creating AI-enhanced eLearning formats for WBS GRUPPE. Designing interactive learning materials and supporting scalable digital learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Instructional design of digital and scalable learning experiences
- Content generation using AI tools for text, audio, images and video
- Use of AI tools in the instructional design process
- Development and revision of learning materials using authoring tools
- Collaboration with subject-matter experts (SMEs)
- Supporting the team in managing the learning management system (LMS)
- Design and creation of interactive learning materials
- Improving the learner experience of eLearning offerings
Requirements:
- Degree or vocational qualification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design or Media Didactics
- At least two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development
- Experience using AI tools in the instructional design process and for content generation
- Experience with authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Area9
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience designing digital learning experiences
- Knowledge of Human-Centered Design
- Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts (SMEs)
- Copywriting and storytelling skills
- Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Team player with willingness to work in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to submit work samples from Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development
- Strong interest in new trends in eLearning
- Experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, with image and video editing software, and in project management is a plus
