Job Description
Digital Marketing Coordinator at Real Estate Webmasters responsible for communication and logistics management. Engaging in content creation and event organization in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, proofing, and scheduling blogs, newsletters, social posts, and client emails
- Support the organization of corporate events, including supplier relationships, travel, and venue coordination
- Collect, analyze, and summarize departmental data into clear weekly reports
- Ensure content calendar is followed explicitly and interdepartmental communications are reliable and well executed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing coordination role
- Masterful Communication: Elite command of English, able to write, proof, and edit client-ready content
- Technical Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, data organization, reporting)
- Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage calendars, budgets, and event logistics in a fast-paced environment
