Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist managing email and SMS campaigns for a DTC brand. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer retention and engagement through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own lifecycle marketing execution across email and SMS while coordinating campaigns across teams
  • Execute and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo and SMS campaigns using Attentive
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, flows, and segmentation strategies
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and timing to improve performance
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns
  • Coordinate with product development, PR, and creative teams
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned across all channels
  • Support product drops by aligning messaging, assets, and campaign execution
  • Support SEO execution and optimization across website and digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Track KPIs across lifecycle channels and identify optimization opportunities
  • Act as the day-to-day coordinator for marketing and eCommerce execution
  • Align with the social media team for omni-channel consistency
  • Communicate proactively with leadership on performance and priorities
  • Maintain paid campaigns through Meta Business Manager following established processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing
  • Experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns and execution
  • Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive
  • Experience managing marketing calendars and coordinating campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital analytics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with creative and product teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership of execution.
