Job Description
Director of Campaign Marketing at OpenText leading demand campaigns and managing a global team. Responsible for aligning marketing strategy to business growth and overseeing paid media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the new team: set its operating model, roles, standards, and priorities
- Lead, coach, and develop a consolidated team spanning campaign marketing, intent-based orchestration (6Sense), and paid media
- Own the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across BU, cross-BU, and whole-portfolio campaigns
- Align campaign strategy to the business strategy
- Direct the 6Sense practice for buying group identification, intent scoring, and orchestration
- Set paid media strategy and manage the Paid Media budget for BU, cross-BU, and portfolio-wide campaigns
- Manage agency relationships across media and campaign execution
- Partner with PMM leads to convert positioning and messaging into campaign assets, offers, and journeys
- Establish and report the team’s contribution to sourced and influenced pipeline
- Coordinate with marketing operations on campaign instrumentation, data flows, and systems dependencies
- Serve as the connective point between campaign execution and GTM strategy
Requirements:
- 8+ years in B2B campaign or demand marketing, with 3+ years leading and building teams
- Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline number and a track record of measurable marketing-sourced growth
- Working knowledge of both MQL waterfall qualification and buying-group qualified account (BQA) models
- Hands-on fluency with 6Sense or a comparable intent and orchestration platform
- Direct experience managing paid media strategy and budgets across search, social, programmatic, and syndication
- Proven experience managing agency partners across creative, media, or campaign execution
- Strong operating discipline, process design, measurement rigor, and consistent cross-team execution
- Comfort defining structure and owning decisions in a high-change environment
- Experience partnering with product marketing and marketing operations in a matrixed enterprise environment
- Enterprise software or technology sector experience preferred
