Job Description
Director of Creative Tools leading P&L management and product strategy for leading AI company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on roadmap, pricing, and growth outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own P&L for the creative tools business, including revenue, growth, and retention
- Own pricing and packaging decisions
- Make build vs. integrate decisions, including third-party model curation
- Align engineering, design, and research partners around priorities
Requirements:
- Has owned a P&L or been directly accountable for revenue
- Experience with prosumer or consumer subscription businesses
- Strong product sense; leads through influence
- Comfortable with pricing, packaging, and growth decisions
