Job Description

Director of Customer Order Experience overseeing IT product management in global healthcare solutions. Aligning technology strategy with customer needs at Johnson & Johnson.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall strategic direction for technology supporting Customer Order Experience capabilities globally.
  • Align product strategy, roadmap, technical capabilities, and delivery in support of current and future business goals.
  • Collaborate with Senior Business and Technology Leaders to identify, prioritize, and ensure consistent product delivery with quality.
  • Drive measurable value aligned to business strategy, fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in digital and emerging technology with demonstrated results required.
  • 7+ years of IT product management including process improvement, customer centric design thinking, technical solutioning is required.
  • Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define a data and analytics strategy and the associated capabilities.
  • Strong leadership experience in building highly effective, collaborative teams with strong track record of successful delivery.
  • Preferred: Prior experience managing and leading global technology teams is preferred
