Job Description
Director of Digital Transformation managing product lifecycle for digital solutions at SCRI. Enhancing clinical research operations through data, AI integration, and innovative change management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions supporting site-level clinical research operations.
- Partner with executives to embed digital technologies, analytics, and AI into operations.
- Define strategy for data and AI integration in SMO.
- Own product lifecycle from ideation to execution, prioritizing features based on business objectives.
- Identify high-impact use cases for digital transformation and conduct ROI analyses.
- Leverage AI to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Lead change initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies.
- Provide strategic guidance on risks and benefits of digital technologies.
- Establish and track KPIs for initiatives’ impact on productivity and efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing digital transformation team.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in clinical research or a related healthcare field.
- Strong focus on digital transformation, data analytics, and AI integration.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and change leadership.
- In-depth understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Experience ensuring interoperability between different clinical systems and platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of technical product management in complex environments.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams for scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in agile product delivery.
