Job Description
Director of Field Force Execution and Strategy at Viatris focusing on empowering global healthcare solutions. Involves strategic sales support and fostering relationships within the company's framework.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key internal departments
- Develop and nurture strong contacts and positive relationships
- Represent Sales Leadership as needed
- Maintain partnerships with business shared service department leaders
- Assists Sales Leadership in targeting accounts for growth and for building business plans and strategies for execution
- Uses key data to target key areas and measure performance
- Communicates trends and issues pertaining to sales initiatives
- Work with Sales Leadership to document progress pursuing opportunities
- Plays a key role in supporting the sales team
- Conduct periodic field ride-along’s to observe customer interactions
- Identify and help implement solutions
- Supports material development and planning for key sales meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience required
- Strong working knowledge of brands, sales, products and Pharmaceuticals overall
- Understanding of project management concepts, practices, and procedures
- Considered an expert within branded sales
- Working knowledge of the industry and launch experience
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal planning, problem solving, decision making and project management skills
- Strong work ethic and good organization and time management skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret complex business documents
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence
- Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments
- Ability to present to a group of departments
- Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios and rates
- May be required to stand; walk; stoop; bend; kneel; and climb steps
- May require use of hands and use of arms
- 25% periodic travel required.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
