Job Description
Director for Grid Reliability & Modernization at E Source, focusing on innovative sales for utilities and energy optimization. Engage with clients on data-driven solutions for utility industry.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in full-cycle sales development, including nurturing leads and opportunities and closing final sales
- Collaborate across business units and with subject-matter experts to maximize sales effectiveness
- Navigate a complex sales environment, handling multiple opportunities at the same time
- Lead executive-level conversations about E Source solutions
Requirements:
- At least seven years of professional experience
- Proficiency with complex sales-cycle, solution, and product selling; a combination of the three is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
- Experience working with electric, gas, or water utilities
- Familiarity with how electric utilities can leverage data science to better engage with their customers and drive increased value from grid investments
- A bachelor’s degree or work-related experience.
