Job Description

Director overseeing AI-driven radiology IT implementations at Mosaic Clinical Technologies. Managing post-go-live integrations, clinical workflows, training, vendors, and cross-functional healthcare technology teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integration project work and people management of the IT Implementation team
  • Oversee open issues from recent go-lives
  • Implement post-go-live changes and workflow improvements
  • Provide additional training when necessary
  • Manage post-go-live system changes and integrated testing
  • Create training documentation
  • Manage the strategy and execution of all implementation integration projects
  • Provide monthly report-outs to IT and operational leaders
  • Oversee implementation integration project transitions and closeouts
  • Analyze clinical applications, workflows, and architecture post-go-live and resolve open issues for practices and radiologists
  • Analyze and oversee clinical application configuration post-implementation and report on implementation and ongoing radiologist issues
  • Direct post-go-live changes, including HL7 adjustments, circuit installations, DICOM routing, and modality server deployments
  • Collaborate with application vendors to troubleshoot front- and back-end system problems
  • Organize and assist with additional training for IT teammates on implementation standards
  • Attend weekly problem management meetings and direct the resolution of open integration problem tickets
  • Supervise and interact with cross-functional internal teams including Clin Apps, PACS, Infrastructure, App Hosting, Mosaic Support, CORE, and Operations
  • Provide guidance and assessments to IT Implementation teams to ensure alignment with company and customer standards
  • Document standards and changes to standards
  • Serve as an escalation resource for the implementation team's rotating on-call schedule and support project work during regular hours, off-hours, and weekends as needed to support practices and patient care

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Healthcare or Healthcare IT experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fully efficient using Microsoft Office
  • Critical thinking and ability to provide objective analysis of complex problems
  • Ability to teach and create training programs for IT implementation of clinical applications
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of workflow between EHR/EMR and PACS
  • Knowledge of voice recognition applications and other healthcare-related applications
  • Working knowledge of networking and infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of HL7
  • Working knowledge of DICOM
  • Working knowledge of application hosting
  • Working knowledge of workstation troubleshooting
