Job Description
Integrated communications process owner driving governance, process improvement, and transformation initiatives at Centene. Improving healthcare operations, scalability, and stakeholder implementation across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities within the Integrated Communication Services Center of Excellence
- Provide directional oversight for complex business cases, including feasibility, opportunities, risks, and return on investment
- Lead activation of strategic and policy guidance across assigned initiatives
- Drive process standardization, governance, and change adoption activities
- Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing organization, and skills to identify gaps, root causes, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collect and analyze process data to recommend business practices and procedures focused on effectiveness, productivity, and cost containment
- Identify inefficient, duplicative, manual, or high-risk processes and recommend sustainable improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholder subject-matter experts on knowledge transfer, training, and implementation
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, process maps, job aids, and RACI documentation
- Drive consensus and confirm end-to-end integrity through process mapping, recommendations, and implementation
- Partner on timely stakeholder communications and contribute to executive-level presentations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of health care or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives required
- Prosci Change Management certification preferred
- CBPP-Certified Business Process Professional preferred
- Operations experience preferred
- CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
