Job Description

Director overseeing Jet Card & Membership sales at Elevate Jet, leading initiatives to convert travelers into clients through consultative selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new Jet Card and Membership sales through proactive outbound outreach and lead generation by using consultative selling techniques
  • Translate lifestyle and business needs into aviation solutions by converting qualified inbound leads from Inside Sales and PJS into long-term cardholders
  • Consultative selling by serving as the internal subject-matter expert on Jet Card and Memberships economics, structure, competitive positioning and pricing structure with confidence and clarity
  • Maintain a detailed database of comparison reference material
  • Establish regular business review sessions articulating the state of the programs, strategic objectives, project progress and other performance metrics
  • Collaborate in multi-cultural globally spread delivery, support, finance, legal and other teams of Elevate to meet business objectives
  • Solicit input from other stakeholder organizations when needed in the creation or ongoing management of the programs
  • Ensure signed contracts are shared with key stakeholders to foster timely billing, or for reporting activities
  • Register new sales opportunities (pipeline) electronically in CRM and ensure it is included in management reporting or sales forecasting activities
  • Maintain appropriate levels of involvement with client issues requiring resolution, including invoices, accounts receivables, service incidents
  • Participate and continue activities (sales enablement training and/or solution overviews) to enhance product knowledge and understand solution roadmap/s
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 4-7 years of sales experience
  • Aviation or hospitality experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Jet Card sales experience, required
  • Experience with contact management CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
