Job Description
Director growing Conduent's Managed Review Services revenue and operations across U.S. and UK markets. Leading client relationships, profitability, delivery quality, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead growth initiatives for Managed Review Services across the U.S. and UK markets
- Partner with Sales, Client Partners, Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to identify and win new business
- Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and senior-level client relationships
- Lead or support client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Represent LCA in country leadership, business reviews, planning forums, and cross-functional governance sessions
- Lead Managed Review operations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Manage revenue, margin, utilization, budgets, forecasts, and profitability
- Lead and develop Managed Review teams while driving scalable processes, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree or JD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Managed Review, eDiscovery, legal operations, or related services
- Proven experience in revenue growth, client management, and operational leadership
- Strong knowledge of Managed Review, eDiscovery, compliance, and P&L management
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
