Job Description

Breezy Golf operations director owning ERP/EDI systems, fulfillment, freight, inventory, and 3PL networks for a fast-growing apparel brand. Leading wholesale compliance and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the operational systems stack, including ERP, EDI, Shopify integrations, 3PL connections, shipping, and returns tooling
  • Manage ERP item setup, order flows, inventory synchronization, and operational reporting
  • Onboard 3PLs and other tools through mappings, testing, documentation, and go-live
  • Lead the Breezy systems transition, including configuration, migration, process redesign, automation, and data-accuracy enforcement
  • Partner with distribution centers and warehouse teams on throughput, order accuracy, on-time shipping, and returns processing
  • Manage the 3PL network and outbound carrier mix, including SLAs, rate negotiations, capacity planning, service levels, and shipping costs
  • Own peak readiness for BFCM and major drops, including staffing, inventory positioning, and carrier capacity
  • Manage EDI operations with retail partners, including order acknowledgments, ASNs, routing-guide compliance, labeling, and chargeback prevention and disputes
  • Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receiving discipline, and reconciliation across distribution centers, 3PLs, and systems
  • Manage inbound international freight, customs, duties, and delivery windows into distribution centers and 3PLs
  • Liaise with apparel production on receiving and launch-readiness plans and downstream risks
  • Develop the Operations Team through KPIs, training, safety, and accountability
  • Build and maintain SOPs and run a weekly operations metrics cadence
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, commerce, finance, and apparel production

Requirements:

  • Deep, hands-on ownership of a mid-market cloud ERP and EDI, such as SPS Commerce or similar
  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and improve ERP and EDI systems directly
  • Experience onboarding partners onto an ERP/EDI stack, including retailer mappings, 3PL integrations, testing, and go-live
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution operations for apparel or consumer products
  • At least 2 years of people-management experience
  • Experience managing inbound international freight, customs, and duties into a domestic distribution center
  • Proven 3PL management experience, including selection, SLA negotiation, scorecarding, and switching providers when needed
  • Wholesale/B2B operations experience with major-retailer compliance, routing guides, ASNs, and chargeback management
  • Detail-obsessed, process-driven, and calm under pressure
  • Strong people-management skills, including setting standards, giving direct feedback, and building self-sufficient teams
