Job Description

Director of Communications developing integrated communication strategies for Hallmark Health Care Solutions. Leading content creation, project management, and client engagement to enhance company storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that supports company growth, brand positioning, and business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to company leadership and key stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications
  • Lead the creation of high quality thought leadership content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and executive bylines
  • Write and edit press releases, contributed articles, website copy, and social media content
  • Translate complex ideas and solutions into clear, compelling narratives tailored to B2B audiences
  • Own and manage the communications and content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with business goals
  • Lead projects from initial concept through review, approval, and publication
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep work on track and on brand
  • Interface directly with clients to develop case studies, announcements, presentation materials, and other communications assets
  • Collaborate closely with company executives to capture insights and perspectives for thought leadership and media opportunities
  • Prepare executives for external communications, including press interactions and public facing content
  • Support public relations efforts, including press announcements and media outreach
  • Oversee social media messaging and content in alignment with broader communications goals
  • Monitor performance and adjust messaging based on engagement and feedback

Requirements:

  • 8 plus years of experience in communications, content marketing, public relations, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of published work
  • Experience working directly with senior executives and external clients
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Comfort translating complex or technical topics into accessible, persuasive content
  • Understanding of B2B marketing; experience in healthcare and technology is a strong plus
