Job Description
Director of Sourcing overseeing textile feedstock procurement strategies at Circ's innovative recycling firm. Responsible for developing supplier relationships and leading sourcing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the sourcing strategy for textile feedstock.
- Establish and lead the on-the-ground sourcing operations.
- Negotiate and execute agreements with key partners in the feedstock sourcing value chain.
- Develop strong tracking and measurement tools for feedstock procurement.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related subject matter.
- 7+ years of experience with supply chain management or procurement within a raw materials company.
- Experience with materials handling, logistics and warehousing is preferred.
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Proficient in professional English and preferably fluent in one or more languages.
