Job Description
Quality Analyst at Viaflow testing and improving solutions and software in various complex scenarios while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, specifications and user stories to define the test strategy and scope.
- Create, document and execute detailed Test Cases and Test Plans, ensuring complete coverage of requirements.
- Record, track and validate the resolution of defects (bugs) and issues found.
- Actively participate in planning meetings and daily Scrum (or other Agile ceremonies).
- Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to ensure end-to-end quality.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in creating and executing Functional/Manual Test Cases (Web and Mobile).
- Solid knowledge of testing techniques and strategies.
- Experience writing test scenarios using BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and Gherkin syntax.
- Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestLink).
- Basic understanding of automation and familiarity with tools such as Robot Framework or scripting languages like Python.
- Knowledge of architecture testing.
- Previous experience in the Insurance sector.
- Experience with API testing (Postman or similar).
- Software Quality certifications (e.g., CTFL).
