Job Description
Director of National Accounts at C.H. Guenther leading strategy and growth for FS National Accounts in the Western US. Overseeing a team and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of National Account Managers to expand and develop FS National Accounts within the Western US.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Insights, R&D, S&OP and Finance to launch new custom products and increase velocities with existing skus.
- Prepare and deliver sales and marketing presentations.
- Negotiate new and renew existing customer contracts.
- Responsible for annual budget process for NA Growth Channels.
- Attend trade shows and customer events as necessary/required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Strong track record of winning and growing strategic accounts with $10M of new business.
- Proficient use of computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related applications or software.
- Must have deep experience with National Accounts/Away from Home.
- Experience commercializing and launching custom products with National FS Accounts.
