Job Description
Director of Sales Enablement at NerdWallet shaping high-performing sales organization. Designing strategies and collaborating with leadership to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a sales enablement strategy focused on measurable performance outcomes
- Define and reinforce performance standards across the sales organization
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with recruiting to refine hiring profiles and selection processes
- Develop onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity
- Facilitate call reviews, deal analysis, and skill-building sessions
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline progression, and activity levels
- Identify performance gaps and implement solutions
- Equip managers with coaching frameworks and tools
- Leverage tools such as Gong and generative AI platforms to enhance coaching and messaging
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Lending/Lending required
- 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership, ideally in high-volume environments
- Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve performance challenges
- Experience coaching frontline sales representatives
- Deep understanding of sales execution
