Job Description
Director of Strategic Projects identifying and delivering ambitious 1–4-week initiatives for AI company FutureSearch. Partnering with the CEO and Chief of Staff to achieve breakthrough outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and run emerging, highly ambitious projects
- Own project delivery to achieve breakthrough outcomes
- Find and land projects generally spanning 1–4 weeks
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO
- Build strong relationships with every member of the small and growing team
Requirements:
- Proven track record leading ambitious projects in a small team
- Effective at leading an effort without being the manager of people working on that effort
