Job Description
Director of Regional Business owning commercial and clinical performance in high-impact regions for PROCEPT’s robotic therapies. Lead a high-performing team to drive procedural growth and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead one of PROCEPT’s most critical growth engines with commercial and clinical performance ownership
- Build, develop, and empower a high-performing team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists
- Translate national strategy into focused regional execution plans that expand procedural volume and accelerate program maturity
- Work closely with key surgeons, hospital executives, and IDN leadership to advance system adoption and build champion relationships
- Partner cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Launch leadership to ensure seamless transitions from installation to full operational readiness
- Oversee surgeon onboarding and training cadence and guide business planning across the team
- Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, optimize efficiency, and execute growth strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in medical device or robotics sales/clinical roles, including demonstrated people management leadership or direct management experience
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing commercial and clinical teams
- Demonstrated success driving procedural growth and utilization across complex hospital ecosystems
- Experience in start-up or disruptive technology environments preferred
