Job Description

Director overseeing software platforms in Reproductive Health at Revvity. Leading product strategy, execution, and innovation in health technology for improved human health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and refine the long‑term software platform strategy for Evoya and related RH digital solutions, ensuring alignment with broader RH business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Product Management, R&D, Digital Products, and Commercial teams for all RH software platform matters.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of platform enhancements, releases, and long‑term software initiatives.
  • Champion Voice of Customer (VOC) integration throughout development.
  • Guide teams in leveraging AI for both product capabilities and internal development acceleration.
  • Drive adherence to quality systems, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor cross‑functional contributors and support building high‑performing teams across Product, R&D, and Digital Products.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software product leadership, platform management, or technical program management, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex software programs involving AI‑driven products, cloud‑based platforms, or distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and modern software development practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, UX, Data Science, and Commercial teams.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with external or centralized development resources.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer/user needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
