Job Description

Director of Revenue Management at Interview Kickstart responsible for executing growth charters and driving revenue across categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support steady, sustainable growth across existing revenue lines.
  • Own revenue management for a specific category, with end-to-end responsibility for defining and executing its growth charter.
  • Plan out the revenue roadmap for each quarter
  • Enable different teams across the business with clear strategic priorities for monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Tech to drive monthly revenue delivery
  • Program manage key strategic business priorities
  • Intervene and provide solutions in case of delays or issues
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential problems
  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of revenue across existing and new businesses
  • Provide detailed business state overviews to the BU Head and larger teams
  • Ensure revenue delivery aligns with established business plans
  • Conduct proactive performance reviews and take corrective actions
  • Coordinate with teams to review lead quality and volume, track ad spend and RoAS
  • Coordinate with relevant teams on lead performance reviews, workflow optimisation, and conversion improvement initiatives
  • Support and align with teams on key marketing programs and business partnerships
  • Coordinate monthly planning, budget tracking, and reporting with finance teams
  • Support and align on key tech initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate on course pipeline planning, cohort readiness, NPS/reviews tracking, and efficiency improvements
  • Align with sales ops teams to optimise lead workflows and improve revenue realisation

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven track record in:
  • Developing and launching successful products/categories
  • Driving revenue growth
  • Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of existing products/domains
  • Strong background in market research and product strategy
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and AI agents
  • High proficiency in using AI tools for analytics and productivity
