Job Description
Director of Sales Turf for Textron Specialized Vehicles leading sales professionals and implementing strategies for new business opportunities. In-depth knowledge of financial activities and strong organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead sales professionals to address customer needs and expectations.
- Implement plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Provide competitive intelligence on product trends, competitive programs, and other market intelligence to support Textron Specialized Vehicles various product lines.
- Develop territories, account lists, and mapping of customers and sales professionals.
- Create AOP’s and targets for sales professionals that align with direction and goals set forth by the business.
- Work with other segments of the company to align efforts and create efficient processes.
- Build, implement, and maintain incentive compensation plans and report financial achievements for compensation disbursement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field required, Master’s degree in related field preferred
- Years of Experience: 15 or more years of experience required, experience in various sales roles required
- Strong communication and organizational skills for leading primarily remote sales professionals
- In-depth knowledge of financial activities (budgeting, forecasting, financial statement analysis)
