Job Description
Director of Technical Development managing OEM technical resources and legislative updates delivery. Leading a team of developers while ensuring compliance and quality of support services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the OEM technical team for legislative updates
- Ensure timely delivery of quality updates
- Recruit and build a successful team of developers and engineers
- Collaborate with management on strategy and processes
- Monitor and enhance internal processes for compliance
Requirements:
- Management experience in technical areas
- Understanding of payroll and financial systems
- Familiarity with JIRA, Visualping, and other development tools
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage budgets and report findings
