Job Description
Ingénieur Windows Active Directory chez Synapsys, société de conseil en transformation des infrastructures IT. Administration AD, sécurité, réplication, sauvegardes et résolution d’incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Active Directory environments
- Implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and manage security policies
- Monitor replication and ensure domain controller resilience
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Implement and monitor Active Directory backup solutions
- Respond to compliance audits and strengthen security, particularly through MFA and audits
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Active Directory services
- Maintain documentation and train teams on Active Directory best practices
- Contribute to Squad activities through internal projects, workshops, conferences, business development and recruitment initiatives, and the writing of expert articles
Requirements:
- Expected experience: 3 to 5 years
- Proficiency in administering and maintaining Active Directory environments
- Expertise in implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and managing security policies
- Skills in monitoring replication and ensuring domain controller resilience
- Proficiency in managing user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Experience implementing and monitoring Active Directory backup solutions
- Ability to respond to compliance audits and strengthen security (MFA, audits)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents related to Active Directory services
- Ability to document procedures and train teams in Active Directory best practices
