Job Description
Gerente de Sistemas liderando engenharia de software Web e Mobile para Sioux e Grupo Ninja. Evolução arquitetural, eficiência operacional e desenvolvimento de equipes seniores.
Responsibilities:
- Define and promote best practices for software development and product creation
- Lead senior squads responsible for developing multidisciplinary projects
- Participate in architecture decisions, guiding system evolution and the transition from monolithic structures to microservices
- Ensure the governance, quality, scalability, and security of Web and Mobile solutions
- Strengthen the culture of data and observability by monitoring system health, anticipating failures, and improving the user experience
- Promote operational efficiency through process automation and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools in development
- Develop and support the team through one-on-one meetings, technical mentoring, and development plans
- Partner with business teams, translating needs into technical solutions and aligning priorities, timelines, and expectations
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and a transformative mindset
- Experience leading software engineering teams working on Web and Mobile systems
- Solid software development experience, preferably with Laravel, Vue, and React Native
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, including strategies for evolving monolithic systems into microservices
- Experience with cloud computing and AWS infrastructure
- Ability to make technical and strategic decisions, manage conflicts, and set priorities
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to develop people and lead senior teams
- Experience applying Generative Artificial Intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle, including tools such as Claude Code for code generation and refactoring and test creation
- Preferred qualifications: experience with Datadog and Sentry
- Preferred qualifications: experience with process automation and workflow creation using n8n
- Preferred qualifications: knowledge of data analysis and dashboard development with Metabase
