Job Description
Partner Performance Manager für neooms dezentrale Energie-, Hardware- und Softwarelösungen. Aufbau und Entwicklung eines Powerpartner-Netzwerks mit hoher regionaler Reisetätigkeit.
Responsibilities:
- Sell hardware, software, and digital services to solar installers, installers, and electricians (Power Partners)
- Manage, develop, and strategically expand the partner network
- Advise and support the development of Power Partners
- Acquire, qualify, and onboard new partners
- Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and events both on-site and digitally
- Support partners with customer projects, trade fairs, and presentations
- Develop and support C&I projects
- Ensure data quality and pipeline accuracy in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Resolve outstanding issues and ensure streamlined sales processes
Requirements:
- Experience in the solar or energy industry
- Practical experience in the skilled trades sector, ideally with installers, electricians, or solar installers
- Initial experience with larger projects, particularly in the C&I sector
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong intrinsic motivation to advance the energy transition and solar industry
- Excellent communication skills and a confident professional manner
- Persuasiveness and the ability to advise and inspire partners as equals
- High willingness to travel
- Willingness to work throughout the Baden-Württemberg region
