Job Description
Billing & Collections Specialist managing invoicing and collections for Amazon DSP at Quartile. Requires financial control point and communication with stakeholders in a remote role
Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing and collections lifecycle for all DSP clients
- Reconcile client deposits vs. media spend on Amazon
- Act as the internal and external main point of contact for DSP billing inquiries
- Partner with DSP Strategists to align on client budgets
- Pause services when balances are unpaid
- Monitor and report on account balances
- Consolidate and document DSP billing processes
- Collaborate with Biz Ops and Finance stakeholders to automate billing workflows
- Assist with month-end close and reconciliation requests
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
- Strong understanding of billing systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Stripe)
- CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience reconciling media spend, pass-through costs, or vendor payments is a strong plus
- Familiarity with digital advertising campaign billing models or agency invoicing is a plus
- Fluent in English
